Biographical Sketch
Patricia Barlow has been employed by NLNAC since 2009. As Manager of Accreditation Services, she works with programs and site visitors to schedule site visits, assign site visit teams, and coordinate logistical details related to NLNAC site visits. In addition, she serves as the liaison between the CEO and the Board of Commissioners and assists with the agency’s accreditation activities.
Before working for the NLNAC, Patricia worked for 17 years at Puetz & Associates, a Pensacola, FL-based association management company specializing in managing professional nursing organizations. Throughout her tenure with the company, Patricia worked very closely with the National Nursing Staff Development Organization, the Society of Pediatric Nurses, the National Organization for Associate Degree Nursing, The American Association of Nurse Attorneys, and the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, among others. At Puetz & Associates, Patricia worked in various roles including Publications Manager, Assistant to the CEO, and Governance Services Specialist.
Patricia holds a bachelor’s of arts in English from the University of West Florida.
